Internships Asia works with two different types of organizations around the region: ones that send interns, and ones that accept interns. This overview briefly explains the difference between these organizations below.
Send Your Staff: Internships Asia believes in developing the capacities of organizations as much as it believes in developing individual skills. Our Regional Internship Program has been redesigned to provide opportunities for development workers from organizations - possibly like your own - to gain the skills and knowledge they need to be more effective in their jobs. We do this by providing opportunities to your staff to intern with another development organization for a period of 3-6 months before returning to their jobs.
